On April 3, 2023, I had this text exchange with my husband. I remember exactly where I was sitting in our mudroom when the idea for Tuff Pops hit me like lightning.

Flash forward to now, nearly two years later. Tuff Pops is ready to rock and so, so good. I cried (happy tears!) when I tried the final samples. They were better than my wildest dreams and I sincerely cannot wait for you to try them. It is so, so nice to treat you.

I started Tuff Pops because I believe in the power of food: to fuel, to heal, to create community, to bring joy. I also believe, more specifically, in the power of protein - for the gym buff, the busy mom, the growing teenager, the midnight-snacker. I believe that everything we eat can and should be delicious - these pops are proof of that. Protein without compromise, at last. Welcome to the party!
